  SWIFT Health Solutions is the best gym I have ever attended. The group classes are small, providing each member with personalized assistance. Everyone in the group motivates each other, which is great for those days that you don’t feel like working out. The fitness approach is very different, is exiting, not like your usual boring workout at your typical gym. The most important thing is the results. I have loss 6 lbs. of fat and gained 4 lbs. of muscle since starting around 3 months ago. I recommend this gym for anyone that is trying to get fit.
